Being mentally tough is arguably the most important part of being successful in sport, especially one that is failure-based like softball. Not only will mentality training help in softball, but, more importantly, it’ll help in life too.


So, then how come we don’t talk about mental toughness as much as we talk about the physical side of the game?


Yes, you have to be physically strong to be successful, but you also have to be mentally strong too. We devote hours and hours, year in and year out to practicing our physical skills, why don’t we do the same for the mental side?
